At MyKohat, we care about your satisfaction and want to make sure you always get what you ordered in perfect condition. If, for any reason, you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective product, we’ve made it simple to request a return or exchange.

  2. Customers can request a return within 30 minutes of receiving their order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
  3. Pickup and Return Process
  4. MyKohat will arrange pickup for all approved return requests. Customers only need to pay the delivery charges, while the product cost will be refunded after successful inspection.
  5. Return Eligibility
  6. Products that are used, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return.
  7. The minimum returnable cart value is Rs. 300.
  8. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  9. Product Inspection
  10. Every returned product is carefully inspected by the MyKohat team to verify the issue before approval.
  11. Exchange Option
  12. Customers can also choose to exchange the product instead of requesting a refund. This is the recommended option for faster resolution.
  13. Proof of Damage
  14. It is highly recommended to share photos or videos as proof in case a damaged or wrong product is received. This helps us resolve your issue more efficiently.
  15. Responsibility for Damaged Items
  16. If any item is received in a damaged condition, MyKohat takes full responsibility for replacement or refund, as applicable.
